Hello everyone,

I started a blog to share information, experiences, and techniques I use with my clients and athletes that you could learn from or use with your workouts and goals. There will be a TON of information on weightlifting, core strength, mobility, fat loss, and myths that need to be clarified. I will be posting videos on specific exercises I have my athletes and clients do, that you can use in your workout. I will also share stories and experiences that inspire me to become GREAT at what I do.
