Using Breathing Patterns in Your Programs

I apologize for the sound quality and the fact my camera ran out of juice at the end.  Also ignore the awful squat pattern, I have zero dorsiflexion and I'm in the process of seeing some PT's about it.  That's what happens when you sprain your ankles 10 times each in a year when your 18 years old.  Otherwise, leave some feedback on what you think and if you've started to incorporate breathing patterns into your coaching.
